For your convenience, you can either bring your item to our store or call us for an item evaluation. We only accept items that meet the following criteria:

Items must have an expected sales price of $50 or more. Items must weigh less than 150 lbs. and measure less than 130 inches in girth. (To calculate girth, add the two smallest sides of an item, multiply by 2, and then add the length of the largest side). We do accept larger sized items upon prior approval. Please feel free to call us if you have an Oversized item. Items must be legal to sell on eBay. Click here for eBay's list of prohibited items.

Standard Service

For most items, our standard service includes everything you need to sell your item at a competitive price. Our standard services include:

A 7-day auction with a $9.99 opening bid and no reserve Professional photography of your item in one of our studios Writing a compelling and informative description Posting the item to the appropriate eBay auction category A photo in the eBay gallery section Managing buyer inquiries and answering questions Collecting payments and completing the transaction Properly storing your item at one of our secure facilities Professional packing and shipping featuring USPS & UPS domestic and global services

Platinum Services

For some items, you may want to take advantage of our Platinum Service. Our Platinum Service includes:

More detailed description and/or more Photos in the auction listing - up to 20 Minimum aka "Reserve" purchase price or Starting Bid to protect your investment 10-day auctions for maximum exposure Platinum Fees are deducted from our Commission if the item sells

If your item does not sell

If your item does not sell after a standard 7-day eBay auction, we will NOT re-list it. You MUST pick up your item within 7 days. Items not picked up within 7 days will automatically be auctioned, donated to charity or removed. We simply do not have the space available to store items for more than 7 days. Platinum Service items can be re-listed upon our approval, but additional charges will be incurred. Unless you specifically pay for a Second Platinum Service, the same conditions apply as with our Standard Service.

Pick Up and/or Delivery Services

Price for this service varies, depending on vehicle & labor requirements. Rates can be as low as $10, or a flat rate of $60 per hour Port to Port.
